Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
In the event of cancellations the following terms will apply:
1. All cancellations must be received in writing
2. If a booking is cancelled giving 14 days or more notice, a full refund will be provided.
3. If a booking is cancelled within 7 - 14 days prior to the booking, a 50% refund will be provided.
4. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the booking, no refund will be provided.
Change of date
1. All change of date requests must be received in writing
2. No refunds will be provided for change of date requests and the rescheduled date must be agreed between the Customer and Parties a Breeze.
If your event is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions 
1. All cancellation requests must be received in writing.
2. If the booking is cancelled giving more than 7 days notice, a full refund will be provided.
2. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event the Customer can choose either:
a.  credit note valid for 12 months to be used to re-book your event once restrictions have been lifted; or
b. a 50% refund
